1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
2. Schedule and assign service calls and projects to the service team based on workload and priority.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians, assisting in complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings and proposals.
6. Monitor and manage inventory levels of service materials and equipment.
7. Ensure compliance with local and national fire safety codes and regulations.
8. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications :
Diploma (Mechaniacal)
Experience :
1 to 2 yrs of experinece in mechanical cum electrical works
Skills :
1.Basic understanding of fittings, cablings.
2.Strong attention to detail
3. Positive Attitude preferred
