Responsibilities:
- EAM review and analyses the asset-wise OEE
- Executing cost-saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
- Plan the maintenance activities with the Maintenance Manager well in advance and control the Inventory.
- Creates and maintains the maintenance backlog from all sources of data by raising WOs for all equipment defects discovered.
- Performs FMEA analysis of all equipment with assistance from Production and Maintenance Supervisors.
- Obtain list of necessary parts for repair jobs from the Maintenance Supervisor
- Assists hourly maintenance personnel in obtaining technical information needed to complete repairs
- Develops weekly Maintenance Plan one week in advance of work being started and submits to Production and Maintenance Supervisors for review the preceding week
- Conducts weekly meetings with Operations and Maintenance Supervisors to review and obtain final approval of the Maintenance Plan for the following week
- Maintains and updates the component tracking system database for all machines
- Provides computer and Oracle support to Site Managers and/or Maintenance Supervisors as needed to develop reports and other data necessary to manage the equipment fleet
- every month incumbent downloads Oracle data into Excel to produce KPIs for OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Mechanical Availability, Equipment Utilization, etc.
- Reviews all KPIs every month with the site leadership to determine trends and anomalies and provides a report to each Plant Manager showing the KPIs and an interpretation of the data and explains exceptions to expected results.
