Role Description:

Engineer(ML) is crucial role in product development team at Carrier. This role would focus on design and development of robust ML and Gen AI models/services by following Carrier software development standards.

Primary Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks with AWS Cloud
• Strong coding skills in Python
• Working knowledge of building Machine Learning systems
• Must have experience in putting models in production.
• Expertise in ML algorithms such as Logistic regression, Cluster analysis, Decision trees, XGBoost, LightGBM, Statistical modeling & Predictive analysis.
• Excellent command of the basic libraries for data science (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn) and familiarity with a deep-learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Langchain etc.,)
• Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze the dataset
• Extensive math and computer skills, with a deep understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Assertive communication and team skills
• This individual be self-directed, highly motivated, and organized with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work on multiple projects and function in a team environment.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of overall experience in Software domain

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech. qualification
• AWS Certified developer, but not mandatory

Additional Comments:

Preference will be given to the person who participated in global AI/Data Science challenges by dealing with large dataset.
