Job Description :
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Train freshers as per the defined curriculum and mentor/guide freshers to help them learn in Java Full-Stack development.
- Create and update a new curriculum based on the business need.
- Create the best learning interventions.
- Content Development create code snippets for various topics / skills, create guided assignments / reference documents.
- Collaborate with other mentors and create standard practices for learning, evaluation, and project development activities.
- Engage with vendors / stakeholders to review the process to streamline new requirements.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in Learning and Development.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning operations in relation to business goals on an ongoing basis and ensure the quality of learning operations.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments and updates as per portfolio.
Must have : Java, Spring, NodeJS, SQL, JAVA 8, Spring boot, microservices.
Must have :
- CI/CD tools etc., Any Cloud, UI, SQL knowledge is good to have.
- Good communication skill (email and spoken).
- Good analysis skills and problem-solving skills.
Skills : Java full-stack technologies.
