40.1 Inspects food preparation and serving areas, equipment and storage facilities.40.2 Responsible for records and reports concerning technical and administrative operations, such as number of meals served, menus, analyses of the service and costs.40.3 Reviews orders for therapeutic diets required for patients. 40.4 Advise patients regarding the diet therapy to be applied during and subsequent to the treatment.40.5 Plans basic menus considering such factors as variety, season of year, availability of foods, known food preferences of the group nutritional and caloric content, and food costs. 40.6 Estimates number of people to be served and computes quantity of food to be prepared to insure that individual portion is in conformance with the dietetic standards.40.7 Prepares daily menu and portion specification orders for guidance of the staff and inspects the prepared food for adherence of the standards.40.8 Implements work standards and monitors compliance by the outsourcing agency.40.9 Develops and monitors compliance sanitation procedures to be followed in the kitchen, and personal hygiene requirement consistent with the institutional rules.40.10 Observe the appearance and personal habits of the staff to detect deviation or violation.40.11 Interviews patient regarding their food habits and preference.40.12 Conduct classes in subject like nutrition, diet therapy, sanitation, infant nutrition.

· Qualification : Graduate with Diploma in Dietician with 2~ 4 years of experience
