Utilizeyour logistics expertise and supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment.You will leverage your team's experience and skills to support on supply chainservices, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling,import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. Youwill evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customerrequirements are met. You will provide data analysis for production planningand volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. Asa team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioralcompetencies to deliver high impact to business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team to execute the logistics strategy.
Manage overall operational targets
Evaluate material flow.
Ensure transaction compliance – Warehouse Transactions’ / Mfg. Stores transactions.
Supervise logistic team – 3PL / Direct reportee’s.
Improve labor efficiency.
Manage Third Party Warehouse relationship
Drive team excellence and talent retention
Drive continuous improvement culture
JOBACTIVITIES:
Manage Mfg. Stores & Logistics Function Day to day activities
Monitor Inbound/Outbound transactions ensure high level of compliance.
Improve operational efficiency Service levels of Mfg. Stores & warehouse.
Inventory management & monitoring inventory accuracy at stores/warehouse.
Reduction in Warehousing/Manpower Cost.
FG/SFG/RM/ Spares – Secondary packaging Process Monitoring.
Packaging material requirement planning & inventory management.
Monitor daily GRN & Material issuance to Production lines/Projects.

Some experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
Some experience in Supervision role
Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams
Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good analytical skill.
Any Bachelor Degree
