JR Compliance is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Licensing Officer to join our dynamic licensing regulatory & Regulatory team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our legal and financial services operations comply with all relevant Licensing and Regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire licensing process for the company, including:
- FSSAI License
- FSSAI returns
- PSARA License
- Trade License
- Eating House License
- Liquor License
- Shop Act Registration
- ESIC EPF Registration
- Training Institute MOU for Security Guards (if applicable)
- Drug License (if applicable)
- Fire NOC
- Lift NOC
- RERA Registration (if applicable)
- NSIC Registration (if applicable)
- Police verification
- Rubber License (if applicable)
- Tea Board License (if applicable)
- Property Dealer License (if applicable)
- Private Agent License (if applicable)
- Water testing Report (if applicable)
- Product quality report (if applicable)
- Laborlicensing Contractor License (if applicable)
- Bocw License requirements (if applicable)
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits.
- Maintain and update internal databases and systems with accurate licensing information.
- Review and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports on time and in accordance with regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective Licensing and Regulatory Compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards affecting licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in Licensing and Regulatory Compliance, preferably within the legal or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of relevant Licensing and Regulatory requirements for the aforementioned licenses and permits.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
