Job Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant:
Experience:
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in the HR domain.
- This is On-Contract Role for 1 year extendable duration.
- MBA from tier 1 institutes
- Strong command of oral and written English.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including vlookup and other relevant functions.
Job Description:
Recruitment Management
- Provide support in recruitment activities and manage the backend processes of Talent Acquisition.
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform data entry in various Human Resource systems and tracking tools.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Efficiently manage offer processes, contributing to a streamlined hiring workflow.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Conduct analytics and generate reports to ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Regularly monitor and assess recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews for external candidates on weekdays and manage walk-in appointments.
- Handle urgent and high-priority recruitment cases with precision and efficiency.
Communication and Documentation:
- Execute bulk mailings for communication purposes, maintaining a professional standard.
- Document and manage high-priority cases with attention to detail.
This job will require to be in office most of the week days.
