The Legal and Compliance Department ensures that the organization conducts its business processes in compliance with laws regulations and professional standards.
- To conduct Litigation if required.
- Drawing opinions on legal issues.
- Coordinate with external lawyers for wistron court cases.
- Drafting the Service agreements for various Dept.
- Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
- Providing advice on legal matters.
- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
- Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes and monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
- Attending the Court cases (on the behalf of Wistron)
- Understand the risk and have a mitigation plan as per the land of law.
- Should have Factories Act Knowledge.
- To conduct Internal Audits for License/Permit and other compliance.
- Coordinate customer Social Responsibility Audits
- To document audit procedures, CAPA, and reports.
- Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
- Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.
- Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
- Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies
- Through knowledge of the land of law
