This Learning Administrator position fills the essential role of providing learner support and maintaining the daily operations of learning platforms. The successful candidate will possess a blend of learning administration experience, technical aptitude, excellent communication skills and an action-oriented mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
Learner & Development Administration
- Act as the primary point of contact for all learning queries throughout the organization
- Assess the support requests and determine if the request needs to be forwarded to another team member, department, or vendor.
- Track invoices/expenses and update the budget spreadsheet.
- Ensures effective administration of training processes and policies.
- Maintain accurate learning data/records and generate reports.
- Provide administration and co-ordination support to the L&D team.
Learning Technology Administration
- Primary point of contact for LMS daily operations and end-user support
- Support in the launch and management of a digital badging platform
- Partner with the team, instructors, and vendors to ensure optimal use of the LMS.
- Identifies process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to systems functionality.
- Monitor monthly releases for upcoming system changes and deployments.
Course Management
- Build, edit, maintain, and manage the course catalogue (online courses, instructor-led courses and learning pathways.)
- Provide comprehensive technical review and testing of all courses for go-live.
- Create and distribute course activity and tracking reports.
- Promote the effective use of the LMS functionalities for optimal learner experience.
