Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team at RDS Digital. As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our clients. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience required. The job location is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The employment type options include Contract-To-Hire and Contract.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and ability to solve complex design challenges.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Research and analyze user behavior and preferences to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to help them enhance their skills.
