Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition to join our team at Akshar Staffing. As the Lead Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our company. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various sourcing channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks
- Manage the recruitment database and applicant tracking system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Acquisition team members
- Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in the hiring process
