  Wells Fargo India and Philippines (I&P) is an integral part of the Well Fargo Enterprise and provide Operations and Technology support to the WF Enterprise Business. WFIP operates out of 4 sites across 2 countries and currently has 45,000 employees supporting all lines of business covering business operation, technology development and support.

  The Strategy, Digital & Innovation (SDI) team forges the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, provides and manages our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforms our business models to meet evolving customer needs and grow the company.   TheRole:
  The SDI Strategy Function is seeking experienced professionals to help identify, develop, and deliver solutions to complex and challenging business problems using a variety of approached methodologies tools and platforms. We are looking for a lead in our strategy team who can enable growth of SDI as it moves to its next phase of existence. As part of this role, you will be reporting to SDI I&P Strategy & Analytics leader. You will also be closely working with the head of SDI I&P. You will also be frequently interacting and working with larger SDI Leadership team and the COO organization.
  As part of this role, you will:
• Manage Strategic Planning and Special Projects for SDI I&P
• Help the organization with planning process and operationalize multi-year strategic plan and roadmap.
• Drive alignment and execution of this multi-year roadmap to achieve target state.
• Manage existing cross-functional initiatives to address complex business challenges to unlock higher value for the organization
• Seed and nurture new cross-functional initiatives within and beyond the organization
• Drive on special projects, which may span across Strategy, Digital or Innovation focus of the organization. It might also include working with partner teams such as HRBP, Finance, Control, L&D etc.
• Helping identify structural improvements in the org to improve impact

• Manage Communication & External Engagement for SDI LT
• Help make the decision-making process for the Head of SDI I&P more effective by managing information flows around strategic priorities, projects, and initiatives.
• Manage and prepare for strategic discussions & reviews with stakeholders outside SDI I&P with a focus on achieving desired strategic outcome (including, but not limited to, pitch decks, data analytics, business overviews, topic-specific deep dives, funding approvals and requests for sponsorship.
• Help drive thought leadership for the SDI leadership org towards external industry (conferences, events, etc)
• Contribute to SDI I&P engagement with academia and industry bodies

• Be a leadership confidant and a trusted advisor
• Act as a sounding board for the leadership team and seeding the leadership thinking process by challenging their proposals and conclusions.
• Enable the Head of SDI I&P to focus more on the vision and long-term challenges for the organization by representing him/her in tactical decisions.
• Forge strong working relationships with peers and colleagues across teams and various levels within the organization.

• Other responsibilities to include.
• Help leadership to build strong relationships with key US stakeholders through specific targeted support
• Help SDI I&P leadership deliver on central I&P responsibilities and initiatives as part of I&P LT discussions
• Help expand the Strategy practice over to US (including fleshing out the ESC engagement)
• Help build and drive GES action planning for SDI I&P
