Job description

1. Manage key client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts(Enterprise Clients),serving as the primary point of contact. Build a deep understanding of their business and insurance needs, and proactively identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including prospecting, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms to generate leads and drive new business acquisition. Identify innovative approaches to position our Insurtech startup as a market leader.
3. Consultative selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultative selling to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their pain points. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
4. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and underwriting, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
5. Contract negotiation and pricing: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships. Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
