Role And Responsibilities
The Lead Operation will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations within our client's organization. This role requires a highly skilled professional with 10-12 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse organization/management, and team management.
Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Regularly monitor the stock levels of all publications. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an optimal inventory level. Implement a robust tracking system to accurately monitor stock movement.
• Order Fulfillment: Prioritize the fulfillment of customer orders to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline the shipping process. Maintain accurate records of order status and communicate any delays proactively.
• Warehouse Organization: Optimize the layout of the warehouse to improve operational efficiency. Ensure proper labeling and categorization of products for easy retrieval. Regularly conduct audits to identify and address any discrepancies.
• Team Management: Supervise and motivate the warehouse staff to maintain productivity. Provide regular training to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Safety and Security: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols within the warehouse. Regularly inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance. Enhance security measures to safeguard the warehouse and its inventory.

• Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse organization/management, and team management.
