Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

. Experienced in Provisioning, managing & patching AWS Infrastructure.
. Experienced in creating SSM docs / automations.
. Experienced in building AWS resources using Terraform.
. Experienced in orchestrating via AWS Lambda's.
. Experienced in Installing, Configuring, Upgrading Xenapp, XenDesktop, Desktop Director & NetScaler Infrastructure.
. Experienced on Vmware, Vsphere Administration, provisioning, monitoring, VMWare Power CLI and reports.
. Experienced in writing & executing PowerShell scripts to automate various day to day tasks.
. Able to work as escalation pointOn Call for L2L3 Team and handle the Sev1 issues independently.
. Well versed with Agile work methodology and able to multitask supporting operations and Engineering work.
. Open to learning and adopting new technologies as per Industry Trend for Servers
. Having good knowledge on ITIL process. ie) Incident, Change management.
. Create and Maintain the Documentation, Knowledge articles for solutions and Support.
