HR Operations Lead-ITES
- Delivering the core operational HR services as per the defined timelines- Benefits Administration, Payroll, HR Compliances, Reporting, Time & Attendance, Leave Management, Audits, Employee Records, Background Verification, Pre-boarding & On-boarding, Helpdesk, and other employee lifecycle operations.
- Primary Interface between HR Offshore Operations and on-site HR department.
- Ensuring compliance of all HR related policies & documents such as SOPs, offer checklists etc.
- Identifying and recommending HR best practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
- Manage all queries, grievances, and escalations effectively from all employees and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines.
- Carrying out employee engagement activities across floor.
- Support Operations in any Ad-hoc / calendarized engagement activity / R&R /etc.
- Provide HR Policy guidance and Interpretation to employees for resolution on existing policies, salary, Mediclaim, insurance claims etc.
- Co-ordinate with L&D team to carry out induction program with new Joiners and execute the plans.
- Responsible for the roll-out and closure of Internal Job Posting (IJPs) on the floor within specific timelines; Identifying tools of assessment/ selection in co-ordination implementing the same for IJP selection.
- Implementation of HR initiatives on the floor such as HR Forums, Performance Management, Employee Satisfaction surveys, POSH Awareness programs etc.
- Ensure timely communication & completion of Appraisals for all teams on the floor; KRO ( Key result objectives) and Audits.
- DAP (Disciplinary Action Plan) Process - Plan, Investigate, Share feedback and assessment.
- Preparation of various BHR ( Business Human Resource) Reports within timelines.
