Naviga is committed toperforming annual audit reports to demonstrate that our security controls are operating effectively across all in-scope products. We’re seeking a compliance specialist to assist with a variety of audit tasks, including access reviews, external and internal audits, and policy documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of audit principles and procedures, along with the ethical integrity and independent judgement to manage assigned audit tasks conscientiously.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of external and internal audits
Collect, review, and interpret data to determine the effectiveness of operating controls
Review and update policy documents in accordance with document control procedures
Prepare reports that reflect audit results
Assist in the execution of PCI compliance tasks and documentation
Undertake additional duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Requirements
5 or more years of experience in audit, compliance, or related field
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports .
Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
Sound independent judgement with adherenceto high standards of ethical integrity .
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information securely .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Advanced proficiency with software systemsfor preparing reports and presentations (e.g., Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, etc.).
Physical & Other Requirements:
This position will work on site in the NOIDA office
May require occasional work outside of normal business hours
