A Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Data Analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide guidance and support for team members, ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks in a timely manner and high-quality outcomes.
• Empower team members to take ownership of their projects and initiatives.
• Encourage creativity and innovation in approaching data analysis challenges.
• Perform complex data analysis to extract valuable insights and trends and communicate the same to the non technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge exchange among team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define deliverables.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Recognize and celebrate the achievements and contributions of team members.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making at various levels within the organization.
• Debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting various solutions and brainstorming sessions on solving various problems.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and technologies. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools to enhance the efficiency of the Data Analyst team.
• Write code (queries/procedures/scripts) in SQL / Hive / Drill / PySpark / Python that is both functional and elegant, following appropriate design patterns
• Participate actively in reusable design solutions and cost optimizations.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• BE/B. Tech in Computer Science/IT from Top Colleges
• 5+ years of experience in Analytics and SQL
• Excellent Analytical Knowledge (Descriptive as well as Predictive)
• Good understanding of statistics, probability, and segmentation techniques.
• Excellent technical as well as communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of A/B experimentation and conclusion of experiments with supportive statistical techniques.
• Attention to even the smallest detail is mandatory
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets.

Desirable Requirements:

• Deploying analytical solutions in Python
• Previously lead a team of 3+ analysts
• Hands on with Predictive analytics.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and product is preferable.
• User Personalization solutions models.
