    Department Overview:
    Product & Strategic Delivery (P&SD) sits within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations and team plays a vital role in project management life cycle. Performing various roles, starting from business analysis to writing BRDs/test scripts, coordinating UAT to project go-live. In Summary, P&SD is a backbone and act as a bridge between the business users and the technology team to ensure project objectives are met on time and on budget. P&SD also contributes in preparing monthly, semi-annual & annual metrics on project delivery to executive management.
    About the Role:
    This position will focus on delivering the change portfolio Product & Strategic Delivery under Derivatives confirmations space from I&P. The role will support onshore Product & Strategic Delivery Team in delivery of their change projects.
    Responsibilities:
  • Ability to partner & collaborate with stakeholders located both locally & globally in achieving shared business objectives & goals.
  • Understand data flows from ingestion to output for covered applications.
  • Maintain routines to track progress against published project deliverable timelines.
  • Leverage relationships with Operations, Technology and QA to schedule change delivery.
  • Support Onshore P&SD to facilitate routine initiative update calls.
  • Ability to work in shifts and be flexible in shift timings ( 3:30 pm to 12:30 am IST)
  • Generate, produce and communication meaningful metrics on project execution.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years' financial services experience- Must be Derivatives background.
  • Graduate degree or higher / MBA (Preferred)
  • Project Management Experience
  • Derivative Trade Operations experience along with Change management experience.
  • Product Control experience with risk mindset
  • Regulatory experience is preferable.
  • Knowledge in Agile/SDLC Methodologies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Candidate should have experience in Capital Markets & Investment banking space.
  • Good exposure to middle office functions.
  • Advance Excel and Power Point skills
  • Candidate should have experience in writing BRD's, test cases and performing & coordinating UAT.
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience at a Strategy Consulting firm
  • Experience working in international environment.
