Responsibilities:


  • Provide application support to end users and perform daily health monitoring, system capacity review and allocation of adequate capacity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and database issues
  • Maintain Service Level Agreement documentation, SOPs
  • Assist with Incident Resolution and user complains for L2 support
  • Escalate problems and issues to relevant department/managers


Requirement:


  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
  • Level 1/2 application support experience is an advantage
  • Ability to provide rotating 24/7 (after hours) application support depending on operational needs
  • Experience in ERP (Oracle, iScala), CRM( Oracle, Salesforce), risk assessment work and Hospitality industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Work location : Pune


Working hours : 24*5 support on Weekdays, Weekends - only night shift IST in rotation
