Address- Understand business requirements, perform POCs and provide solutions
- Work closely with product owner to align on the roadmap.
- Develop Kronos/Boomi integrations
- Monitor integrations and resolve the integration issues.
- Good understanding of APIs and SOAP.
- Be part of vendor community to be on top of product issues, solutions etc.
- Collaborate with other product teams to discuss and align from end to end impact of the feature, requirements.
- Ensure high quality standards on the deliveries.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Kronos Dimensions and Dell Boomi experience
- Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Dimension
- 5+ years of Boomi and Integrations development experience
- Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture
- Strong background in workforce management (required)
- Must be UKG Integrations Developer and Kronos Dimensions certified
- Excellent oral and communication skills
