Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing operations for the Brand Linen Club Apparels in Large Format stores.
- Analyse secondary sales and stock in hand on weekly basis and coordinate with HO for replenishments at store level, category level to achieve sales targets, sell-through/Follow up with backend and front end for PI, PO, Fill rate, Season launch, timely RTV, Stock cover ,forward sales cover
- Interacting with the respective leads at the LFS head office to align objectives aimed at achievement of primary as well as secondary targets.
- Delivering all the retail KPI’s UPT, ATV, AVU resulting to a profitable ROI for each door.
- Manage and develop front end staff at LFS to deliver monthly and season targets, execute VM guidelines, brand imagery, customer service.
- Manage relationship with Store Operations team at front end and coordinate on daily basis to monitor performance of sales staffs.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams, especially logistics to achieve shelf fill rates.
- Business development tracking LFS performance in respective area and suggest new doors to the Business Head.
- Maintain Management Information Reports.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
- Coordination with LFS SPOC at respective HO for achieving desired operational goals.
Other Responsibilities
- Customer promotion activation.
- Visiting LFS stores in designated operational area for understanding market trends, competition.
- Project Work depending on actual need.
- To participate and support for any Teamwork activities.
- Assist all others duties as directed from superior time to time
Desired Candidate Profile
- Work experience in Formal / casual wear market in LFS, in operational role for a reputed Brand, handling at least one region…preferably south.
- Should be proficient in MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word & SAP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Superior personality, high energy levels and good people skills, an aptitude for analysis
- Indian mother tongue, English written or oral beneficial
- Excellent leadership abilities and Team-player.
- Between 8 to 10 years of working experience in Large Format Store business in Apparel Industry, preferably in Shirts.
