Job description

Key Account Manager
- Promotes and sell Laser products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Resituating, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with identified customers in the defined geographic area.
- Promoting Laser devices to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons and Aesthetic physicians through personal visits, and digital aids like Zoom, WhatsApp and so on..
- Responsible for making cold calls, pursuing leads, assessing needs, making presentations to the interested customers, doing demos of the devices and providing product services to maximize the benefit derived from Laser products and/or services.
- Responsible for creating/customizing Laser device presentations to the needs of customer and presenting it.
- Coordinates between the customer and the company and acts as a bridge to foster a strong business in India through prompt, proactive actions.
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors' activities.
- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
