Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kaushiki fashion expert at A.k designers in Mathura. The Kaushiki fashion expert will collaborate with designers and merchandisers to create innovative and unique designs for the brand's clothing lines. They will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, sourcing materials, and ensuring the quality of the final product.
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Indian traditional fabric, embroidery and stitching techniques
Ability to create innovative and unique designs by staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends
Strong sketching and illustration skills
Detailed knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and color theory
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Kaushiki fashion design and styling
Experience with design software. such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
Kaushiki fashion certification is also highly preferred.
