AddressKey Responsibilities
- Work closely with the data engineering team to plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead regular project meetings to provide updates on project status, milestones, and upcoming tasks.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data engineering.
