Overview: We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting project execution, leveraging your expertise in Primavera and MS-Access. With a qualification in B.E (Mechanical) and 2-3 years of experience in Project Engineering, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and monitoring of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of Primavera to support project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Utilize MS-Access to organize, analyze, and report project data and information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of project activities.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and identify any deviations from the plan.
- Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and risks.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the procurement process by assisting in preparing specifications, evaluating vendor proposals, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E).
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably in a related field.
- Proficiency in Primavera for project planning and scheduling.
- Familiarity with MS-Access for data management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines.
