Position:Junior Orthopedic Surgeon (Senior Resident)
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior consultants in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures under the guidance and supervision of senior Orthopedic surgeons.
- Participate actively in outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and emergency orthopedic services.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, post-operative follow-ups, and patient education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment planning.
- Engage in academic activities including teaching and research as per institutional requirements.
Requirements:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- MS/DNB in Orthopedic Surgery or equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.
- Proficiency in performing orthopedic surgical procedures with sound knowledge of surgical techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare setting.
- Strong commitment to patient care, safety, and ethical medical practice.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Himachal Pradesh.
