Junior Merchandiser

Collection Development
a. Manage sampling department & merchandsing team on day to day operations and take daily reporting
b. Along with the designer, mapping the season trends, planning the theme, preparing a range plan and fabric selections
c. Coordinating with the vendors and suppliers for procuring fabrics for the month
d. Formulating efficient supply chain management system / purchase policy and ensuring delivery of the goods as per committed timelines and cost.
e. Development of required prints, surfaces and embroideries
f. Planning the Sampling department’s agenda for the month and preparing the required sampling budget for the month
g. Setting up a proper system of working between the design team, sampling team and production team
h. Ensuring all records of designs and fabrics are properly maintained and stored in the system
i. Development of new fabrics for the season
j. Evaluating and understanding budgets and time constraints periodically (including manpower planning initiatives) and ensuring adherence to plans
3. Channel Relationship management
a. Maintaining relationship with all channel partners like market places, Buying agencies and Stores.
b. Curating channel wise monthly reports
c. Channel wise feedback on PABLE collections and feeding back to the Design and sourcing team

We are looking for ambitious & energetic Junior Merchandiser to help us manage Product development, Marketing and Promotion of the Company’s products. The Merchandiser will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Sampling and Production departments. The person will lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service towards creating Retiyo as the most loved apparel brand.
