Junior Electronics Engineer
Key Responsibilities:-
Working closely with assembly personnel, quickly evaluate problems and provide solutions for the short and/or long term issues as appropriate
Define and perform test equipment maintenance requirementsResolve component obsolescence issues. Working closely with suppliers to stay appraised of electronic component lifecycle and lead times. Review technical specifications in order to identify replacement components. Design and execute verification testing of replacement components as necessary.Provide supporting documentation for engineering changes and production deviationsReview manufacturing methods and tooling and propose, qualify, and implement improvements to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costReview PCB design changes by working closely with the PCBA contract manufacturerSpecify and assist in the development of manufacturing test and assembly fixturesLearn verification tests of laser assemblies and supporting systemsProvide training and support to manufacturing personnel as part of engineering change implementationMonitor production in process defect data and field reliability and repair data. Propose design improvements by identifying the root cause of failures through experimentationInterface with suppliers to identify the root cause of failures and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
Education & Experience:-
B.Tech or equivalent with emphasis on digital electronics, some analog, and power supply designNew Grads Welcome To Apply!
Qualifications:-
Ability to troubleshoot basic electronics in complex optomechanical systems and subsystems. Write procedures, test reports, and ECOs as neededMust be proficient in MS Excel and WordPCB experience / CAD simulation / Schematic Layout all BonusAbility to read schematics and component data sheetsMust have experience with an oscilloscope, DVM, and power supplies(Ref:www.freshersworld.com,freshersworld)
