About The/Nudge:
The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:
Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives- Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
- Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges
Responsibilities:
- HRMS:
- Cascade the new HRMS driven processes in organization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and training records across locations
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations for reviews
- Payroll:
- Assist in executing timely and accurate end to end payroll process through system in collaboration with Finance
- Policies & Processes:
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all HR practices
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, learning & development wallet, etc.
- Understand the pulse on the ground and propose innovative solutions, policies, and procedures.
- Support team with logistical arrangements during events/ spaces
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-1 years of overall work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with data analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with high ownership and a detail-oriented approach to handle complex HR issues in an ever-changing environment
- Keen eye for detail and high execution and operational skills
Would be great if you have:
- Prior experience in Human Resource or people management
Educational background in Human Resource
