Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will be responsible for several tasks including participating in the development of architectural designs, preparing construction drawings and specifications, and assisting in the project management process. The position requires attention to detail, a strong ability to multitask, and a willingness to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment. The candidate will be based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Skills in Architectural Design, including practical experience in drafting software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino
- Should be fluent in rendering software like Lumion/ Vray / Enscape
- They should be fluent in post rendering software like Photoshop/ Illustrator
- Ability to work with software like MS Office/ Powerpoint / Excel / Word
- They should know interior exterior materials construction practices in terms of usage, cost, and feel.
- Shouldposess some knowledge about the costings, and be eager to prepare Bill of Quantities for the projects
- The candidate should be eager to visit sites
- Experience of 1- 3 years
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate within given constraints
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on projects
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture, a master's degree will be a plus.
- Experience in designing for commercial spaces and/or hospitality establishments is a plus
