Objectives of the Job : (Summary of the position)
To contribute to and support Architectural & Interior designing projects. Help prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials. Help Principal Architect in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks and controls. For Interior Designing projects, assist in designing & sample collection.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Co-ordination with Principal Architect
Preparation of BoQs & estimates .
Site visit & checking with plans.
Quality Control on sites.
Explain designs & Tie up with production and dispatch department.
Control manufacturing orders to meet timelines.
Plan, indent, release orders for materials.
Authority Limits : To be explained & defined on job
Compensation: CTC – INR 2.4 to 3.6 Lakhs, based on competency.
