Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to address business problems.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to ensure accurate and scalable solutions.
- Research and experiment with various machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and data visualisation techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and industry trends.
- Evaluate and fine-tune models for optimal performance and accuracy.
- Develop data pipelines and integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
- Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies in the AI/ML field and recommend their adoption where applicable.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience of at least one year as an AI/ML Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
