We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounting Manager to handle financial accounting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the crypto/fintech space. This role involves maintaining accurate records, assisting with audits and supporting various financial initiatives across the organization.

What you will do:

Financial Record Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accounting and tax matters.
• Assist in the preparation and review of statutory and consolidated financial statements.
• Perform analysis and research on accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide ad-hoc support for tax and finance-related projects.
• Utilize bookkeeping & accounting software such as Tally for efficient accounting processes.
• Collaborate with the HR team and assist with payroll processing and related tasks.

Market Awareness and International Adaptation:

• Stay updated with crypto markets and understand their impact on financial accounting.
• Read, learn and research about international laws and adapt to global markets as the company expands.

Financial Planning and Monitoring:

• Forecast costs and revenues, manage tax payments, and prepare budgets.
• Monitor and report accounting discrepancies and financial trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare for year-end audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and records are in order.

What we are looking for:

• A financial educational background such as Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• 3+ years experience in accounting preferably within the FinTech or crypto industries
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues relevant to FinTech
• Proficiency in accounting & bookkeeping software esp Tally.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
