Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Junior Accountant role for our corporate office, located in Jaipur. The selected candidate will be responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions, creating performa invoices for order delivery, performing account reconciliations, and managing accounts payable and receivable. They will also be assisting the senior accountant in preparing financial reports and analyzing financial data.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hardware industry is a plus
- Experience in inventory management is a plus
