Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of fresh juices using a juicer, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Create indulgent falooda desserts, layering vermicelli, basil seeds, fruit syrups, ice cream, and other ingredients to perfection.
- Use a variety of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients to develop unique juice And Falooda recipes.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the juicing And Falooda preparation areas, following food safety guidelines.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed.
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory levels of juice And Falooda ingredients, ordering supplies as needed to meet demand.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Juicer and Falooda Maker in a cafe, juice bar, or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of different fruits, vegetables, and ingredients used in juicing And Falooda preparation.
- Ability to operate a Juicer And other equipment safely and effectively.
- Creativity and innovation in developing new juice And Falooda recipes.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a positive and friendly manner.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
