Responsibilities
• Workflow, screen, schemes, field configurations• Add-Ons, Interfaces, Plugins• Project Configuration, Customizations, Functional & Technical support• Technical support: SSL Certificate installations/renewal, Tools updates/upgrades, Update Marketplace apps• Monthly user clean up, Performance reporting• Coordinate with Jira Align Champions, ACC Coaches for any help required on issues/roadmaps with Jira align tool• Vendor management• Possess excellent written and oral communications, presentation skills including excellent documentation skills• Good to have a strong programming background authoring well written, well documented, modular and clean code.• Be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage your projects from concept to production.• Able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation.• Able able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multi task, and quickly adapt to change
