Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Java Developer with 2-3 years of expertise in Java and Spring Boot technologies and experience in Production Support. As a Production Support Engineer, your crucial role will be to ensure the stability and reliability of our software applications during USA shift hours. You will primarily focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Incident Resolution: Swiftly diagnose and resolve production issues related to Java and Spring Boot applications to minimize downtime.
-Monitoring and Alerting: Establish and maintain monitoring systems to proactively detect issues and configure alerts for critical events.
-Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and enhance system stability.
-Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, to bridge the gap between development and production environments.
-Performance Optimization: Identify and rectify performance bottlenecks in the application stack.
-Security Awareness: Maintain vigilance for potential security vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to best practices.
-Ownership: Assume ownership of and respond to open support tickets. Recommend and implement solutions to mitigate recurrent product issues.
