Educational Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of key IT concepts and solutions, including web technologies terms e.g domain, hosting, mobile apps terms, software, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with various industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to understand new technologies quickly and adapt to changing landscapes.
- Proficiency in salesforce automation tools (CRM) and other relevant software.
Business Understanding:
- Solid understanding of business processes and challenges across different industries.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business benefits for clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure contracts and drive revenue.
