Job Description:
· Strong work experience into end- end recruitment process.
· Should have 4 to 6 yrs of experience into IT Recruitment.
· Screening the resumes as per the JD.
· Scheduling up the interviews with respective department head.
· Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates.
· Maintain Corporate Communication.
· Create innovative skills on Recruitment strategy in order to be productive
