ABOUT DEPARTMENT

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with network and server maintenance, monitoring, and development.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
- Maintain inventory records and documentation for equipment.
- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management.
- Setup & configuration of software packages & new computers.
- Assisting staff with utilization of various office technologies.
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
Identify and report system issues to vendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors.
- May be required to perform additional responsibilities and projects upon request.

Education: Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems. Software and Applications Proficiency: Have understanding of both Windows and MacOS systems. MS Office Ability to learn new applications and softwares quickly. Qualities & Capabilities: Tech Savvy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
