Job Description:
Pacific Infotech is a Managed IT Services provider based in U.K and we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The IT Project Manager will define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide clear direction to project team members and communicate expectations.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and resource utilization.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Assess the impact of changes and make recommendations for adjustments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in Information Technologies or IT industry
• Familiarity with IT project management tools your organization uses
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
