Job Roles & Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Support, Handling of IT Service desk.
Cloud Infrastructure Management, Azure-AWS environment operation knowledge.
Server Management, Understanding of Network Infrastructure, AD handling.
Management of Internet service provider, Proxy Service Operation, Remote Access Service Operation.
'ServiceDesk management, Ticket Management and reporting.
Qualification: Computer science graduate or Equivalent
