Position Title: IS Specialist (Business Solution Architect)

Job Location: Bangalore, KA-India

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for designing, building and maintaining Human Resource solutions that coordinate and cooperate across multiple platforms.
  • Requires both broad and deep content knowledge in order to understand the strategic business requirements and overarching programs/business processes that may be impacted across the business enterprise.
  • Maintains strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers, and uses this knowledge to develop strategic requirements with Subject Matter expert.
  • Analyzes and determines the impact to all business platform modules to ensure that an integrated solution is maintained. Designs, and oversees and the development, testing and implementation processes.
  • Ensures ongoing maintenance and alignment of the functional configuration between new and existing Human Resource products.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to their business results
  • Responsible for gathering requirements, leading design sessions, architecture review, tracking deliverables, configuration, and assisting developers in creating solutions
  • Support legacy solutions while defining processes and migration to future initiatives. Provide configuration options for new and current system solution releases.
  • Conduct and approve testing as required by new content releases or deployments.
  • Assists service centers and IT personnel in obtaining answers to process related questions from the global Process Owners and global customers.
  • Provides project management assistance to other team members to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
  • Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges
  • Work through production issue resolution and identify opportunities for application enhancements
  • Partners with HR customers to understand business challenges and deliver solutions to mitigate these challenges

What You Have: Format:

  • Knowledge of multiple HR application systems and project lifecycles
  • Prefer but not required College or university degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with solution design and project lifecycle management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with HR customers
  • Strong planning, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Be passionate about technology - the HR technology landscape is continuously evolving and our top candidate is committed to learning new technologies

Additional Info :

  • This position requires you to work in the office three times a week, with some flexibility.
  • This position may require 10% travel.
