Inventory Supervisor

Qualification:

• MBA (ABM), MBA, BSc Agri, BBA, BSc(Hon's) ABM,Agri Diploma, MSc

Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Pest Control / Agri Marketing / Agri Supply Chain Field also preferred.
• Students from Last Year can also apply, potential candidate will be shortlisted.

Job Responsibilities

• Organizing: Managing the Receipt, Storage and Dispatch of Goods.
• Supervising: Ensuring Products are Accounted for, Stored safely and Dispatched efficiently.
• Setting up: Setting up layout and ensuring efficient Space Utilization.
• Supervising: Supervising daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, Space Management, Logistics, Floor productivity, Shipping and Customer Service.
• Liaising / Coordination : Acting as a Dispatcher, coordinating with Transport Companies, Suppliers and Customers to get the right Products to the right People.
• Maintaining: Maintaining Safety Standards to ensure that Products are Dispatched and Delivered Safely and Efficiently.
• Review & Follow-up of delivery & Customer Communication
• Track & Audit of Stock
• Procurement of Raw Material, Packaging Material & suggest improvement as when required

Language: English, Hindi, Marathi

Extra Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and proven IT skills.
• Ability to drive both two-wheelers and four-wheelers (preferred).
• Capability to communicate with international candidates when required (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
