AddressExperience: 2-9 Years in Internal Auditor Role in Manufacturing or CA firm
Qualification- CA (Qualified/Inter), ICWA (Qualified/Inter), MBA(Finance)
Base Location: Corporate Office, Ludhiana, Punjab
Applicant shall be comfortable with travelling to different plant locations for Audit purpose as major requirement of the role.
Major Job Responsibilities:-
Internal Audit Execution & Finalization
- Assist in designing of the annual internal audit plan for all functions & businesses and manufacturing processes, including defining audit objectives, the nature and extent of audit procedures, and ensuring the audit plan is aligned with the overall organization risk profile / risk management framework.
- Assist HOD in review of special reviews / investigations as marked by The Audit Committee / The Management.
- To conduct & finalize Audit assignments allocated by the department head.
- Coordinate with various process owners & conduct internal audit of identified business/functions/processes.
Internal Audit Report Preparation & Reporting
- Prepare final internal audit reports to be presented to Head IA as per well-defined audit report format along with agreed time bound action plan.
- To appraise Head Internal Audit about audit deviations noted with mitigation plan.
