Job Description:
- Expertise in C++/Python programming and should have experience working with them.
- knowledge of Gazebo, URDF Models, Manipulation, Motion Planning, and Robot Navigation.
- Experience with ROS and ROS-related tools and libraries
- Familiarity with robotics hardware, sensors, and actuators
- Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures relevant to robotics
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities within a team setting
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment
- Should be available for a minimum of 6 months Brownie Points.
- Experience with multithreading and concurrency.
- Participants in Robocon/e-Yantra/IARC/IMAV/AUVSI SUAS and/or contributions to open source projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Creating and maintaining ROS packages, nodes, and libraries for efficient robotic operations. Experienced with integrating ROS with hardware components and peripherals to ensure seamless communication and coordination within robotic systems.
- ROS implementation on the two-wheel drive robot.
- Actuation & implementation of different types of end effectors on the robot motion.
- Introduce new features, improve controls, positioning, and navigation
- Virtual simulation of new features before implementation on the robot motion.
- Design, develop, and maintain software for robotic systems using the Robot Operating System (ROS).
- Implement and optimize algorithms for navigation, perception, and manipulation in robotics applications.
- Debug and troubleshoot ROS-based systems to ensure robust performance. Integrate sensors, actuators, and hardware components with ROS frameworks.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in ROS and related technologies, providing insights on how to leverage advancements for our projects.
- Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Experience building real-world applications/robots using control theory, motion planning, computer vision, machine learning, etc.
