Role Summary:
During the six-month internship program into Growth & Strategy, you will play a crucial role to optimize and grow various business processes in the company. This role offers you the exposure and opportunity to work in close coordination with the Growth Managers and Business Owners to help with reporting and analyses if business performance, work with product managers and operations teams to streamline various aspects of the business process, and run initiatives in a bid to drive the business unit objective (revenue growth, cost optimization, new initiatives etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale existing business channels and find out new growth opportunities
- Analyze daily business performance
- Monitor operations with internal and external partners
- Manage and improve processes to optimize the output
- Track targets/incentives to ensure compliance
- Manage marketing campaigns as part of P&L ownership
- Suggest product changes for user/agent workflow optimization

- P&L / process ownership
- Interest in fintech, technology, and the financial services industry.
Education:
- Strong academic performance in Graduation (engineering preferred) from a premier institute.
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree would be a plus.
