- Provide a tentative quotation for the proposed designs.
- Extend invitations to clients to visit the Experience Center.
- Showcase Aertsen Livings products and designs, ensuring an immersive experience.
- Utilize design skills to provide rational and effective solutions.
- Address and align design proposals with clients unique requirements.
- Build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline.
- Prioritize and track potential clients through the various stages of the sales process.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Understand evolving client preferences and design preferences.Proposal Sharing:
- Share design proposals with clients in a clear and engaging manner.
- Address any queries or concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and conditions effectively.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design (B.Des).
